Suspicious text message? Forward it to us – do not click the link
We encourage anyone who receives a text message containing a payment link not to click on the link. Please also remain vigilant, as fraudulent text messages may in some cases appear in the same conversation thread as previous legitimate messages from Q-Park, such as a receipt for a digital parking permit.
If you have received a text message containing a payment link, we ask you to forward the message to Tel: +45 25 96 88 99 so that we can investigate it further. Your report helps us identify new fraudulent websites and have them reported and taken down. Once you have forwarded the message, we recommend deleting it.
If you receive a message claiming to be from Q-Park and you are unsure whether it is genuine, please contact us directly here before clicking any links or sharing personal information.
