Your digital parking pass is ready

Dear customer,

Your digital parking pass is ready. Soon you will only be able to park with the new Q-Park app. With the Q-Park app you will park based on number plate recognition. Doors can be opened with the QR code in the app. You no longer need your old parking pass. Parking will become even easier.

This is how you activate your digital parking pass

Step 1: Download the Q-Park app on your phone

Follow the steps below on your phone

Step 2: Create an account

Or login with your My Q-Park account.

Step 3: Open the invitation email on your phone

Activate your digital parking pass via the link in the email.

Step 4: Add a license plate

You can add one license plate to your subscription. After that you can use the app right away.

Activation link doesn't work?

In case the activation link does not work, you can manually activate your digital parking pass. To do so, go to Products and select "Manual registration as fleet member". Fill in the registration code here. Your registration code can be found at the bottom of your invitation.
