Your season ticket subscription is ready for you! Download the Q Park app to activate your subscription.

With the app, you can easily drive in and out with your number plate and open pedestrian doors with your QR code in the app.

Follow the steps below on your smartphone.

 
Create an account Or log in with your My Q-Park account.
Activate your season ticket Once you are logged into the app, click onto "Products",and activate your season ticket with the code you received in your e-mail. 
Add your number plate You can add one number plate per season ticket in the app. After adding the numberplate you are ready to park. It´s that easy! 
This is how you park
  • The barrier opens automatically when you drive in and out. 
  • You can open the pedestrian doors with the QR code in the app. 
  • Do you ever park with Q-Park without using your subscription? Activate Q-Park Go in the app. That way you can park in most of our parking facilities with your number plate - and in all of our open parking lots by starting your parking in the app.
