  • 7x24 Parking Facilities

    A Q-Park 7x24 season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Sunday 00:00 – 24:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms and Conditions
    Upon signing the contract, one Q-Park access card per season ticket will be issued. The card is personal and must be used for all parking within the specified Q-Park parking facility. It is not necessary to return the card upon termination of the lease agreement. The access card must be used for all entries and exits, as well as entrances and exits on foot to the parking facility (instructions are enclosed with the issued card).

    Parking is only permitted in accordance with the signed contract and by using the issued Q-Park access cards. If the access card is not used upon entry – for example, if the card is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or similar – parking can only be made by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the entry column to purchase parking. The cost of parking purchased at the entry column will not be refunded afterwards.

    If the tenant is not registered for direct debit or invoicing via e-mail, payment will be made via a printed invoice. Printed invoices are subject to an invoicing fee of DKK 50 including VAT.

    In the event that the issued Q-Park access card is lost, damaged, or otherwise unusable, it can be replaced for a replacement fee of DKK 250 including VAT per card.

     

    7x24 Soft Pooling

    A Q-Park 7x24 season ticket with soft pooling includes rental of any parking space Monday – Sunday 00:00 – 24:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms and Conditions
    Upon signing the contract, two Q-Park access cards per season ticket will be issued. If more than two parking cards per season ticket are required, they can be purchased for DKK 250 including VAT per card. The price for the additional card is a one-off fee. The card is personal and must be used for all parking within the specified Q-Park parking facility. It is not necessary to return the card upon termination of the lease agreement. The access card must be used for all entries and exits, as well as entrances and exits on foot to the parking facility (instructions are enclosed with the issued card).

    Parking is only permitted in accordance with the signed contract and by using the issued Q-Park access cards.     EXAMPLE – SOFT POOLING

    The number of season tickets (and not the number of access cards) determines how many parking spaces can be used simultaneously. A 7x24 soft pooling arrangement with, for example, 10 season tickets and 15 access cards allows for the use of 10 parking spaces. When car no. 11 arrives at the parking facility, the access card will be accepted, and the car will gain access to the facility. Payment for parking of cars no. 11–15 will be invoiced monthly and based on the current tariffs in the facility covered by the contract. When, for example, car no. 10 leaves the facility, a space becomes available for the next car arriving.

     

    7x24 Hard Pooling

    A Q-Park 7x24 season ticket with hard pooling includes rental of any parking space Monday – Sunday 00:00 – 24:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

    7x24 Supervised Parking

    A Q-Park 7x24 season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Sunday 00:00 – 24:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms and Conditions
    Upon signing the contract, one Q-Park parking permit will be issued. The permit must be displayed whenever parking in the specified Q-Park parking facility. If the parking permit is not used – for example, if it is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or similar – parking can only be made by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the facility’s pay machine to purchase parking. The cost of such parking will not be refunded afterwards if the permit has been lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or similar.

    NOTE: If you have taken out a season ticket for Kennedy Arkaden, please note that the vehicle length must not exceed 4.85 metres.

    For parking permits, the following applies:

    • The parking permit must be placed near the parking disc on the right-hand side of the windscreen (as seen from inside the vehicle).
    • The front of the parking permit must be clearly readable from outside – the entire card must be visible.
    • Only the original parking permit is valid.
    • The parking permit may be placed vertically if in a plastic holder.
    • No alterations or amendments may be made to the parking permit.
    • The parking permit is only valid for the facility specified on the front and within the period stated above.
    • The parking permit is only valid up to and including the date stated on the front.
    • Parking is not permitted in reserved spaces.

    Failure to comply with the above may result in a parking charge notice being issued by the parking attendant in accordance with applicable regulations.

    If the tenant is not registered for direct debit or invoicing via e-mail, payment will be made via a printed invoice. Printed invoices are subject to an invoicing fee of DKK 50 including VAT.

    In the event that the issued Q-Park parking permit is lost, damaged, or otherwise unusable, it can be replaced for a replacement fee of DKK 125 including VAT per permit.

     

    LPR (Number Plate Recognition) – Odense Banegård Center

    Terms and Conditions:
    Upon signing the contract, your vehicle registration number will be recorded in our system, allowing the selected car to park in the facility. If you have more than one car, additional number plates can be registered, but only one vehicle per season ticket may park in the facility at any time. If two cars are parked under the same season ticket, a parking charge notice may be issued.

    IMPORTANT: If you park a vehicle whose registration number is not registered in our system, you may receive a parking charge notice. It is therefore essential that you contact the Q-Park Service Centre on 70 25 72 13 if you drive a different vehicle than the one registered in our system. Please note that this must be done before entering the facility.

    For parking using number plate recognition, the following applies:

    • Vehicles must be parked within marked bays.
    • Parking is not permitted in reserved spaces.
    • Parking is not permitted on level -2, as this level is reserved for customers paying hourly rates.
    • Parking is only permitted for registered number plates.

    Failure to comply with the above may result in a parking charge notice being issued by the parking attendant in accordance with the site’s regulations.

    If the tenant is not registered for direct debit or invoicing via e-mail, payment will be made via a printed invoice. Printed invoices are subject to an invoicing fee of DKK 50 including VAT.

  • 7x24 VIP

    A Q-Park 7x24 VIP season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Sunday 00:00 – 24:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms and Conditions

    The landlord will install one reserved sign per season ticket. Reserved signs can be supplied displaying either the tenant’s name or number plate (according to the tenant’s preference). The tenant shall pay DKK 500 including VAT for the installation of each sign. Should the sign(s) require replacement at a later date, this can be done for a fee of DKK 500 including VAT per sign.

    Upon signing the contract, one Q-Park access card and one key to the facility’s VIP area will be issued per season ticket. The card is personal and must be used for all parking within the specified Q-Park parking facility. Keys must be returned upon termination of the present lease agreement.

    The Q-Park access card must be used for all entries and exits, as well as entrances and exits on foot to the parking facility (instructions are enclosed with the issued card).

    Parking is only permitted in accordance with the signed contract and by using the issued Q-Park access cards. If the access card is not used upon entry – for example, if the card is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or similar – parking can only be made by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the entry column to purchase parking. The cost of parking purchased at the entry column will not be refunded afterwards.

    If the tenant is not registered for direct debit or invoicing via e-mail, payment will be made via a printed invoice. Printed invoices are subject to an invoicing fee of DKK 50 including VAT.

    In the event that the issued Q-Park access card is lost, damaged, or otherwise unusable, it can be replaced for a replacement fee of DKK 250 including VAT per card. All of our mail is sent as Quickbreve. If the season ticket card has not been received within 4–6 days, please contact us at salg@q-park.dk so that we can send you a replacement.

  • 7x24 Reserved Parking Facility

    A Q-Park 7x24 Reserved season ticket includes the rental of a dedicated parking space from Monday to Sunday, 00:00–24:00, in the parking facility specified in the contract.

    NOTE: Access to Adelgade Level -2 is only possible with number plate recognition.

     

    Terms and Conditions

    The landlord will install one reserved sign per season ticket. Reserved signs can be issued with the tenant’s name or number plate, according to the tenant’s preference. The tenant pays DKK 500, including VAT, for the installation of each sign. If the sign(s) need to be replaced at a later date, this can be done at a cost of DKK 500, including VAT, per sign. In the Gallerierne, however, the cost is DKK 1,000, including VAT, per sign.

    Upon signing the contract, a Q-Park access card will be issued. The card is personal and must be used for all parking in the specified Q-Park parking facility. Access cards must be returned if the present rental agreement is terminated. The Q-Park access card must be used for every entry and exit to the parking facility (instructions are provided with the issued card).

    Parking may only take place in accordance with the signed contract and by using the issued Q-Park access card. If the access card is not used on entry—for example, if it is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unavailable—parking can only be obtained by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the entry terminal, and the cost of this parking will not be refunded.

    If the tenant is not signed up for direct debit or e-invoicing, payment will be requested via a printed invoice. A fee of DKK 50, including VAT, applies for invoices sent in this way.

    If the issued Q-Park access card is lost, damaged, or otherwise unavailable, it can be replaced for a replacement fee of DKK 250, including VAT, per card.

    A Q-Park 7x24 Reserved season ticket with number plate recognition includes the rental of a dedicated parking space from Monday to Sunday, 00:00–24:00, in the parking facility specified in the contract.

    Upon signing the contract, your number plate will be recorded in our system, allowing the registered vehicle to park in the facility. If you have more than one vehicle, multiple number plates can be registered, but only one vehicle per season ticket may park in the facility. Parking more than one vehicle on a single season ticket may result in a parking fine.

    IMPORTANT: If you park with a vehicle whose number plate is NOT registered in our system, you may receive a parking fine. It is therefore essential to contact the Q-Park Service Centre on 7025 7213 if you intend to use a different vehicle than the one registered. REMEMBER, this must be done before entry.

    For parking with number plate recognition, the following rules apply:

    • Parking must be within the designated bay.
    • Parking is only permitted in the space reserved for you.
    • Parking is NOT permitted on Level -2, as this level is reserved for hourly parkers.
    • Parking is ONLY permitted with the registered number plate.

    If these rules are not followed, the parking service staff is entitled to issue a parking fine according to the applicable regulations at the facility.

    If the tenant is not signed up for direct debit or e-invoicing, payment will be requested via a printed invoice with a DKK 50 invoice fee.

  • Office 7-19

    A Q-Park Office season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Friday 07:00 – 19:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms and Conditions
    Upon signing the contract, one Q-Park access card per season ticket will be sent. The card is personal and must be used for every parking in the specified Q-Park parking facility. It is not necessary to return the card in the event of termination of this rental agreement. The access card must be used at every entrance and exit, as well as when entering or leaving the parking facility (instructions are enclosed with the sent card).

    Parking can only take place in accordance with the signed contract and by using the provided Q-Park access cards. If the access card is not used upon entry, e.g., if the card is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unavailable, parking can only take place by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the entry column, thereby purchasing parking. The cost of purchasing parking at the entry column will not be refunded afterwards.

    If the tenant is not signed up for payment service or email invoicing, payment will be requested via a printed invoice. Printed invoice charges are subject to a billing fee of DKK 50, including VAT. In the event that the sent Q-Park access card is lost, damaged, or otherwise unavailable, it can be replaced for a replacement fee of DKK 250, including VAT per card.

    If you park outside the specified time, you will be charged for parking. Payment for parking is invoiced monthly via invoice or payment service and is based on the current rates at the facility covered by the contract.

    Please note that if you park with number plate recognition and do not wish to use your season ticket for parking, you must remember to deactivate your number plate in the Q-Park app. Contact Q-Park customer service with any questions.

     

    Office Pooling

    A Q-Park Office Pooling season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Friday 06:00 – 18:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms and Conditions
    Upon signing the contract, two Q-Park access cards per season ticket will be sent. If more than two access cards are required per season ticket, they can be purchased for DKK 250, including VAT per card. The price for the extra card is a one-time fee. The card is personal and must be used for every parking in the specified Q-Park parking facility. It is not necessary to return the card in the event of termination of this rental agreement.

    The access card must be used at every entrance and exit, as well as when entering or leaving the parking facility (instructions are enclosed with the sent card). Parking can only take place in accordance with the signed contract and by using the provided Q-Park access cards. If the access card is not used upon entry, e.g., if the card is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unavailable, parking can only take place by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the entry column, thereby purchasing parking. The cost of purchasing parking at the entry column will not be refunded afterwards.

    If the tenant is not signed up for payment service or email invoicing, payment will be requested via a printed invoice. Printed invoice charges are subject to a billing fee of DKK 50, including VAT.     EXAMPLE – POOLING ARRANGEMENT

    The number of season tickets (not the number of access cards) determines how many parking spaces can be used at the same time. A 7x24 Office 6-18 pooling arrangement with, for example, 10 season tickets and 15 access cards therefore allows 10 spaces to be used. When car number 11 arrives at the parking facility, the access card will be accepted and the car will gain access to the parking facility. Payment for parking cars number 11–15 is invoiced monthly via invoice and is based on the current rates at the facility covered by the contract. When, for example, car number 10 leaves the parking facility, a space becomes available for the next car arriving at the parking facility.

     

    Office 8-17

    A Q-Park Office season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms and Conditions
    Upon signing the contract, one Q-Park access card per season ticket will be sent. The card is personal and must be used for every parking in the specified Q-Park parking facility. It is not necessary to return the card in the event of termination of this rental agreement.

    The access card must be used at every entrance and exit, as well as when entering or leaving the parking facility (instructions are enclosed with the sent card). Parking can only take place in accordance with the signed contract and by using the provided Q-Park access cards. If the access card is not used upon entry, e.g., if the card is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unavailable, parking can only take place by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the entry column, thereby purchasing parking. The cost of purchasing parking at the entry column will not be refunded afterwards.

    If the tenant is not signed up for payment service or email invoicing, payment will be requested via a printed invoice.     Office 7-19 – Q-Park Parking Permit

    A Q-Park Office parking permit includes rental of any parking space Monday – Friday 07:00 – 19:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms and Conditions
    Upon signing the contract, one Q-Park parking permit will be sent. The permit must be used for every parking in the specified Q-Park parking facility.

    If the parking permit is not used during parking, e.g., if it is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unavailable, parking can only take place by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the facility’s pay station, thereby purchasing parking. Costs incurred from purchasing parking at the pay station will not be refunded if the permit is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unavailable.

    For parking permits, the following applies:

    • The permit must be placed near the parking disc on the right-hand side of the windscreen, seen from inside
    • The front of the permit must be easily readable from the outside – the entire card must be visible
    • Only the original permit is valid
    • If placed in a plastic sleeve, the permit may be placed vertically
    • No alterations or other changes may be made to the permit
    • The permit is only valid for the facility specified on the front during the times mentioned above
    • The permit is only valid until the date stated on the front
    • Parking is not allowed in reserved spaces

    If the above is not adhered to, the parking service employee is entitled to issue penalty charges in accordance with applicable rules.

    If the tenant is not signed up for payment service or email invoicing, payment will be requested via a printed invoice. Printed invoice charges are subject to a billing fee of DKK 50, including VAT. In the event that the sent Q-Park parking permit is lost, damaged, or otherwise unavailable, it can be replaced for a replacement fee of DKK 125, including VAT per permit.

     

    Office 7-18 – Q-Park Parking Permit

    A Q-Park Office parking permit includes rental of any parking space Monday – Friday 07:00 – 18:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms and Conditions
    Upon signing the contract, one Q-Park parking permit will be sent. The permit must be used for every parking in the specified Q-Park parking facility.

    If the parking permit is not used during parking, e.g., if it is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unavailable, parking can only take place by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the facility’s pay station, thereby purchasing parking. Costs incurred from purchasing parking at the pay station will not be refunded if the permit is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unavailable.

    For parking permits, the same conditions as for Office 7-19 apply (see above).

    If the tenant is not signed up for payment service or email invoicing, payment will be requested via a printed invoice. Printed invoice charges are subject to a billing fee of DKK 50, including VAT. In the event that the sent Q-Park parking permit is lost, damaged, or otherwise unavailable, it can be replaced for a replacement fee of DKK 125, including VAT per permit.
  • 6x24

    A Q-Park 6x24 season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Sunday 00:00 – 24:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms

    If the issued Q-Park access card is lost, damaged, or otherwise unusable, it can be replaced for a fee of DKK 250,- including VAT per card.

    Parking outside the included hours will be charged at the facility’s current rates. Payment will be collected monthly via invoice or Direct Debit.

    If parking is managed via number plate recognition and you do not wish to use your season ticket, make sure to deactivate your number plate in the Q-Park app. Contact Q-Park customer service for questions.

  • 5x24 Parking Facility

    A Q-Park 5x24 season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Friday 00:00 – 24:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Terms

  • Night & Weekend Parking Facility

    A Q-Park Night & Weekend season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Sunday 16:00 – 09:00, as well as Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays 00:00 – 24:00 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

     

    Included public holidays:

    • New Year’s Day
    • Maundy Thursday
    • Good Friday
    • Easter Sunday
    • Easter Monday
    • Ascension Day
    • Whit Sunday
    • Whit Monday
    • Constitution Day
    • Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Day
    • Boxing Day
    • New Year’s Eve

    If the access card is not used upon entry — for example, if it is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unusable — parking can only occur by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the entry terminal to purchase parking. The cost of parking purchased at the entry terminal will not be refunded.

    If the season ticket holder is not registered for Direct Debit or e-invoice, payment will be requested via printed invoice. Printed invoice payments incur an administrative fee of DKK 50,- including VAT.

    Night & Weekend Parking Permit
    A Night & Weekend season ticket includes rental of any parking space Monday – Friday between 16:00–09:00, as well as Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays 00:00–23:59 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

    Your season ticket card is your access to the parking facility, both by car and on foot. Simply scan the card upon entry and exit, and there is no need to worry about payment or tickets.

    If on any day you arrive before 16:00 or leave after 09:00, please note the following:

    • In parking facilities with barriers at entry and exit, you will be invoiced once per month for any time parked outside the included hours. The price is based on hourly parking, charged per started hour.
    • In parking facilities without barriers at entry and exit, you must pay for any parking time beyond the included hours. Rules, terms, and prices are displayed on signs within the facility.

    Terms

    Upon signing the contract, one Q-Park parking permit is issued. The permit must be used for every parking session in the specified Q-Park parking facility. If the permit is not used — for example, if it is lost, forgotten, damaged, invalidated, or otherwise unusable — parking can only occur by taking a ticket or using a credit card at the facility’s parking meter. The cost of parking purchased at the parking meter will not be refunded.

     

    Parking permit rules:

    • The permit must be placed near the P-disc on the right side of the windscreen (viewed from inside the vehicle)
    • The front of the permit must be easily readable from outside — the entire card must be visible
    • Only the original permit is valid
    • When placed in a plastic sleeve, the permit may be positioned vertically
    • No alterations or modifications may be made to the permit
    • The permit is only valid for the facility specified on the front and during the times mentioned above
    • The permit is only valid until the date shown on the front
    • Parking is not permitted in reserved spaces

    Failure to comply allows parking attendants to issue parking fines according to the applicable rules above.

    If the holder is not registered for Direct Debit or e-invoice, payment will be requested via printed invoice. Printed invoice payments incur an administrative fee of DKK 50,- including VAT.

    If the issued Q-Park parking permit is lost, damaged, or otherwise unusable, it can be replaced for a fee of DKK 125,- including VAT per permit.
