When parking in a Q-Park parking facility without a payment barrier, the following rules apply:

• Instructions regarding payment on the signs set up on the site and any price posters must be followed.
• Additional indicated terms must be observed at all times.
• Loading and unloading is only permitted if and to the extent indicated on the signs.
• Failure to pay as indicated on the sign, or parking against the stated terms, may result in a fine.
• Parking is only permitted for registered cars or vans. Parking of vehicles without a license plate will result in a police report and the removal of the vehicle at the owner's expense.
• Parking with trailers, motorcycles, etc. must also comply with the stated conditions. In some facilities, parking with trailers is not allowed and this will be indicated on the signs. 
• Repairs to or on vehicles must not be carried out in the parking facility.
• Unnecessary staying, skating, playing or any other kind of stay without any real purpose in the parking area is not allowed and will be reported to the police.
• Taking photos, filming and similar activities may only take place by prior agreement with Q-Park.
• The distribution of advertisements, papers, flyers, stickers etc. is prohibited and will be invoiced at a minimum of DKK 1500.00 excluding VAT per each individual offence.
• Waste must be disposed of in the provided bins. Any waste left behind will be removed at the owner's expense.
• Smoking is not allowed in covered and indoor parking areas. 
• Parking is in all respects at your own risk and Q-Park accepts no liability for accidents, theft or damage to persons, vehicles, equipment or the like.
