If you have completed your appeal form correctly, with the driver's full name, address and control fee number, we will put your case on hold, while we process your appeal. Thus you do not have to pay the control fee or take any further action until you hear from us again. 

We kindly ask you to check your spam or junk mail folder in your email, as our response may possibly end up there.

Please note:Due to GDPR only the driver of the vehicle can file a complaint regarding a control fee as well as request information and documentation regarding the control fee. Complaints and inquiries from a third party will only be processed if the driver of the vehicle authorizes this by sending us a valid, written power of attorney.
