Aarhus Øje takes you all the way to the top of Denmark’s tallest building, offering a chance to experience Aarhus from one of the country’s most spectacular viewpoints. In less than half a minute, you rise 142 meters above sea level, where the city and the bay unfold beneath you in a breathtaking panorama.
On the ground floor, an interactive exhibition guides you from the landscapes of the Ice Age to Aarhus as a modern city. Here, you can explore scenographic installations, digital experiences, and authentic artefacts — peer at fish through the water viewer, crawl through an old sewer pipe, or watch a film about the city’s development.
