Ceres Byen is a central district in Vesterbro, Aarhus. The neighborhood is named after the old Ceres brewery, which used to be located in the area. The city still bears the imprint of the 1800s, as some of the brewery's original buildings are preserved, along with parts of the brewery's private garden, which is now the public park, Ceres Haven. The area is now a cozy mix of residential, commercial, and retail spaces interspersed with green areas. Here, you can take a stroll in the natural surroundings, visit a café, and go shopping.
Just nearby, you'll find Den Gamle By, where you can experience Denmark from the 1970s, the 1920s, and before 1900.
