Parking subject to payment is valid Monday through Sunday 00:00 - 24:00
Parking is only allowed for a fee or using the Q-Park subscription card.
You can park by:
Using the Q-Park subscription card at the entrance and exit
Drawing a ticket at the entrance. Payment is made in cash or by credit card in a payment machine before exiting. You can only pay in Danish Kroner.
Use the same credit card at entry and exit.
If your ticket is lost, a full 24-hour tariff will be charged.
Parking is only allowed in marked parking bays.
Instructions on signage as well as from Q-Park staff must be respected and followed.
Parking is only permitted for registered cars or vans. Parking of vehicles without a license plate will be reported to the police and the vehicle will be removed at the owner's expense.
Parking of motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, trailers, bicycles etc. is not allowed in the parking facility.
Repairs to or on vehicles may not be carried out in the parking facility.
Any unmotivated stay, skating, playing or other kinds of unnecessary stopovers in the parking facility is not permitted and will be notified to the police.
Taking photos, filming and similar activities may only take place by prior agreement with Q-Park.
The distribution of advertisements, papers, flyers, stickers etc. is prohibited and will be invoiced at a minimum of DKK 1500 excluding VAT, per time.
Waste must be disposed of in the provided bins. Any waste left behind will be removed at owner's expense.
Smoking is not allowed in the parking facility.
Parking is done in all respects at your own risk and Q-Park assumes no responsibility for accidents, theft or damage to persons, vehicles, equipment or similar.
