You pay a reduced rate and avoid time spent searching for a parking space. 

You season ticket card allows you access to the car park via both the vehicle and pedestrian entrances. You simply scan the card to enter with no need to think about payment or tickets.

How it works

In parking facilities with barriers, you must add your license plate in the Q-Park app, after which the barrier opens automatically you enter and exit.

In parking facilities without barriers, you must add your license plate in the e-park app, so that our parking attendant can see that your parking is covered by a season ticket.

In some parking facilities, you must scan a physical subscription card for access via barriers.

For access via doors, you must scan a QR code in the Q-Park app or your season ticket.

To get your season your ticket you simply select your car park in the box above and place your order.

General season ticket terms and cancellation notices

Cancellation and changes to your season ticket can only be done at the end of an invoicing period. So your cancellation notice depends on the invoicing period you have selected. 

After five months, the cancellation notice for private customers is the current month plus one month.

  • In selected car parks, you must scan your Season ticket card when entering and exiting if the number plate recognition does not work. This may happen due to a dirty or bent number plate, etc.
    You also need your Season ticket card for access through the doors into the parking facility.
  • If you wish to have an additional card because multiple users share the car, you can purchase a door access card for the parking facility for a one-off fee.
    In this case, the subscription card can stay in the vehicle, and each user can have a door access card.
    Please send your order to salg@q-park.dk, remembering to provide your customer number and the number of door cards required.

  • If the parking agreement is registered in your name and email address, simply log into the Q-Park app using your My Q-Park account.
    You will find your subscription under Products
    Subscription.


    If the parking agreement is registered under your company's name, you must contact your company's parking administrator.

  • You can add your number plate in the Q-Park App as follows:

    • Go to Products
    • Select Subscriptions
    • Select your parking subscription
    • Select Parking Permit 1
    • Click on Number Plate
    • Click on the "+" in the top right corner
    • Enter your number plate and a chosen name
    • Click Save
    • Tick the number plate and click Select

    Your vehicle’s number plate is now active under the parking subscription.
    Please note that the number plate must be registered before entering the parking facility for your parking to be covered by the subscription.

  • You can change your number plate in the Q-Park App as follows:

    • Go to Products
    • Select Subscriptions
    • Select the parking subscription you wish to modify
    • Click on the parking permit you wish to modify
    • Click on Number Plate
    • Click on the "+" in the top right corner
    • Enter the new number plate and a chosen name
    • Click Save
    • Tick the number plate and click Select

    The new number plate is now active under your parking subscription.
    Please note that the number plate must be registered before entering the parking facility for the parking to be covered by the subscription.

  • You can log in via e-Park’s website at www.access.e-park.dk or download the e-Park app from the App Store or Google Play.
    The app is called "e-Park by Q-Park."
  • On the website www.access.e-park.dk:
    Log in with your e-Park user account and do the following:

    • Click on Account next to Log out
    • Click on My Permits
    • Enter the number plate in the Number Plate field
    • Click Update

    Your new number plate is now active in e-Park.

    In the e-Park app:
    Log in with your e-Park user account and do the following:

    • Click on Permanent Parking Permits
    • Click in the field under Number Plate
    • Enter the number plate
    • Click Save

    Your new number plate is now active in e-Park.

  • Cancellation must be done by emailing salg@q-park.dk or via your My Q-Park account.
    Remember to provide your customer number and the desired cancellation date, and we will send you a confirmation.
    If your cancellation is due to problems or dissatisfaction with your subscription, we would very much like to hear your feedback.

  • Your cancellation date depends on your billing period.
    Cancellation must take place at least one month before your billing period ends in order to cancel before the next period begins.
    See cancellation periods below:

    • Monthly billing: Current month plus one month.
    • Quarterly billing: Cancellation dates are 31 March, 30 June, 30 September, and 31 December, provided cancellation is received at least one month in advance.
    • Half-yearly billing: Cancellation dates are 30 June and 31 December, provided cancellation is received at least one month in advance.
    • Annual billing: Cancellation date is 31 December, provided cancellation is received at least one month in advance.
  • If you are unable to pay your invoice before the due date, which is typically 10 days from the invoice date, please email us at salg@q-park.dk and suggest a possible payment date, so we can find the best solution for you.
    Remember to provide your customer and invoice number.
