Night & Weekend

Your Night & Weekend season ticket gives you access to the car park Monday to Friday from 4.00 pm to 9.00 am plus the entire weekend and all bank holidays.

You pay a reduced rate and avoid time spent searching for a parking space. 

You season ticket card allows you access to the car park via both the vehicle and pedestrian entrances. You simply scan the card to enter with no need to think about payment or tickets.

How it works

A Night & Weekend subscription includes the rental of a parking space Monday-Friday between 16:00-09:00 and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 00:00-23:59 in the parking facility specified in the contract.

In car parks with barriers, you must add your license plate in the Q-Park App, after which the barrier opens automatically when entering and exiting. In parking garages without barriers, you must add your number plate in the e-park app so that our parking attendant can see that your parking is covered by a subscription. In some car parks, you must scan a physical subscription card for access via barriers.

For access via doors, you must scan a QR code in the app or the subscription card.

Should it happen one day that you come home before 4:00 p.m. or leave the facility after 9:00 a.m., you must be aware of the following:

  • In car parks with barriers at the entrance and exit, you will be charged once a month for the time you have parked outside the included time. The price is based on hourly parking and is per started hour.
  • In car parks without barriers at the entrance and exit, you must pay yourself for the time you have to stay parked in addition to the included time. Rules, terms and prices appear on signs in the facility.

General season ticket terms and cancellation notices

Cancellation and changes to your season ticket can only be done at the end of an invoicing period. So your cancellation notice depends on the invoicing period you have selected. 

After five months, the cancellation notice for private customers is the current month plus one month.

  • We send all our mail as express mail. If you have not received your season ticket within 10 days, please contact us at salg@q-park.dk, so we can send you a new one. 
  • If your season ticket does not work or has gone missing, please send an email to salg@q-park.dk. Please state your customer number.

  • If you wish to cancel your season ticket, a written cancellation must be sent to salg@q-park.dk. Please state your customer or card numbers, and the desired cancellation date. We will send you a confirmation. If you are cancelling your season ticket due to problems/dissatisfaction with your season ticket, we would like to the reason for that.

    NB! Please note that your cancellation date depends on your invoice period. Cancellation must be no later than 30 days prior to your invoice period. See the settlement periods below:  

    • Monthly settlement: Current month plus one month.
    • Quarterly settlement:  Cancellation date 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December, provided that the cancellation is received at least one month prior.
    • Half-yearly settlement: Cancellation date 30 Juni and 31 December, provided that the cancellation is received at least one month prior.
    • Annual settlement: Cancellation date 31 December, provided that the cancellation is received at least one month prior.
